SHEILA WEINER, MSW, LCSW
Ms. Weiner, a social worker and psychotherapist, licensed in Pennsylvania and New York, has been working in the field of medical social work and aging for over 16 years. The focus of her work has been with families to help them cope with life transitions and grief issues related to living with chronic illness. Ms. Weiner is a member of the National Association and Philadelphia Chapter of Professional Geriatric Care Managers.
